Once potential tenants call me I happily arrange a viewing appointment, I never go to the appointments myself, for that dirty job I have my good old iHome Realty friend Lawrence Choo. Lawrence is a very friendly uncle type guy, people love him and all he needs to do is open doors that are usually never locked anyway.
