What other Agents say about Rachel Lyne

I was called by other another agent after Rachel Lyne started fishing around for another unit she wanted to offer me. Thats when I really found out that Rachel Lyne has been playing the game she is playing with me for a long time.

Another Agent friend of mine also asked around about her and came back to me with the same statement, that she is a con artist. Her play is basically to offer units very cheap, way cheaper than the other agents on the same property, lure people in that way and then start the deflecting game. Excuses like, the owner is out of town or the owner changed his mind about the tenancy length are common, She then starts to offer other units.

Matter of fact is that she offered me to view other units in the same conversation she was trying to arrange a meeting with the unit I had already booked. Yes, it made my alarm bells go crazy and thats when we told her that we rather focus on the unit we booked and paid RM6000.00 for. We also told her that if she couldn't arrange a meeting with the owners by Friday 15th 2019 the deal would be off and we would want our money back ASAP.
